Research Interests
We worked on developing new catalysts for the photocatalytic conversion of carbon dioxide to hydrocarbons. We have tested titanium dioxide and carbon-doped titanium dioxide both with and without copper as catalysts for the reaction. We have synthesized doped and undoped titanium dioxide from TiOSO4 and will next test compounds synthesized from Ti(SO4)2.
